new CFO and Financial Controller
With over 40 years combined
experience in the accounting and business
development field, WordCo welcomes Ian Lawrence
as CFO and Julie Lawrence as Financial Controller.
Julie has trained as a cost and management
accountant with Kodak and has spent time
lecturing in accountancy and business at
the college level. Ian has been actively
involved in advising a number of clients,
ranging from small companies to "blue-chip"
clients. He has held senior positions with
Wickes Building Supplies, Price
Waterhouse Coopers and has run his own
successful management consulting firm. Ian
and Julie will overseee day-to-day accounting
functions, as well as being actively involved
in helping the company achieve its objective
of tripling turnover in two years.
