The exterior of the home has been covered with EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System), which not only offers an attractive appearance but also contributes to the maintenance free design of this home because it will never need painting.



Inside, the house has been adorned with marble, granite, and hand made ceramic tile. The foyer, kitchen counter tops, and the windowsills have been covered in decorative granite. You will also find granite columns separating the living room and the dining room. The bathrooms are decorated with honed marble and hand made ceramic tile. The main floor and basement floor were finished using a unique process of staining concrete. First, the design was created by etching the pattern into the surface of the concrete. Next, a concrete stain was applied which not only provided the color but also accented the natural character of the concrete. Upstairs, all of the floors were covered using beautiful maple flooring.
The home is equipped with a radiant floor heating system. This system is powered by a 220,000 BTU HS Tarm Boiler that pumps heated water through a network of pipes integrated into the floor structure. The system is designed to operate on wood or propane. The climate control system, divided into 3 cooling zones and 5 heating zones, also utilizes 3 high efficiency heat pumps to provide economical cooling in the summer months as well as backup heating in the winter. The home has also been equipped with a HEPA type air filtration system to reduce dust and other airborne contaminants. Also included is a 50 KW diesel powered backup generator to provide heat and electricity during power outages due to storms or other unexpected events.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with high quality, commercial, stainless steel appliances throughout. These include Thermador ovens and a cook top equipped with a commercial ventilation system also manufactured by Thermador. The kitchen also features a Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator/freezer unit, 2 Bosch dishwashers and 2 garbage disposals.

The home is equipped with 6 bathrooms including 3 full baths, 2 half baths and a luxurious master bath. The 3 full baths are all equipped with Jacuzzi Shower Towers, bathtub/shower units that double as personal whirlpool type spas. The master bath features a full size Jacuzzi Hot Tub. The pool, a 28’ x 40’ L shaped pool, is equipped with a 400,000 Btu pool heater to ensure a comfortable water temperature any time of the day.
