RE: Wal-Mart Supercenter Mount Vernon #2596-02

Dear Mr. Crowell:

It was a pleasure working with you and your firm on the above captioned project. Your crews provided the Masonry and Steel Erection scope on work in a very organized manner on this 203,818 sf project. The combination of the steel erection and masonry worked very well on this project and we certainly realized a schedule benefit as a result. I would also like to commend extra efforts put forth by your two Superintendents, John Casner and Miquel Grado, in working with our team as field related issues arose.

I look forward to working with WordCo again, hopefully in the near future on another big box retail project. You can feel free to list me as a reference in the future.

Sincerely,
SIERRA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.

Dear Sirs,

It has been a pleasure working with Wordco, Inc. this year during the construction of the Wal-Mart Supercenter located in Front Royal, VA. Wordco, Inc. was subcontracted to perform both the masonry and steel erection scopes of work for this project. The contract amount of the steel erection package is $285,000 and the masonry package is $1,189,000. Currently, both scopes of work are 98% complete.

All of the people I dealt with on this project were committed to its success. All of the equipment brought onto the site was of top quality and well maintained. This project went through several design changes along the way. Both the office personnel and field crews adapted to these changes and kept the work on track.

I have worked with many different masonry and steel erection contractors throughout the years and have found Wordco, Inc. to be at the top of their profession, both in speed and quality. They are very easy to work with on the jobsite, pay attention to details, and are always honest in their dealings. They plan, coordinate, and execute their work better than any other subcontractor I have ever worked with.

I am amazed at how quickly and efficiently they have accomplished their portion of the work. They have pushed the other trades due to their speed and efficiency, which is usually not the case with masonry or steel erection contractors. I would highly recommend Wordco, Inc. to perform any size masonry or steel erection project.

RE: Reference Letter for Word Co Inc, Masonry Subcontractors

Project: Costco Colorado Springs - Completed January 8th 2008

Dear Dean:
It is my pleasure to provide the highest recommendation for your firm.

To Whom It May Concern:
Wordco performed the block work for the Costco Colorado Springs project we just completed and turned over to the owner. The project was a full height colored block masonry building incorporating over 88,000 12" block with walls to 38' featuring 8,000 SF of stone accents. The job was complicated by an extremely tight site severely limiting access 'and staging. Wordco achieved exceptional productivity using large crews that maximized efficiency through the use of uncomplicated functional equipment, innovative well practiced methods, effectively planned material staging, and experienced management and supervision. Their block work process moved like a well rehearsed production while maintaining quality at the top of industry standards.

It is rare to find a subcontractor with this kind of commitment to quality, fairness, and
professionalism, and enjoy those benefits to the project all at a competitive price.

Professional, Courteous, Fair and Straight Forward, Unmatched Production, Commitment to Quality; that sums up Wordco. If they tell you they are going to do something, you can have confidence it will be done. I only hope this letter doesn't bring them so much work that they can't make room for our projects; we need them.

Re: Wal-Mart Supercenter Store#1875-05, ABG Job#712 Severn, Maryland

Dear Mr. Crowell:
I would like to take this opportunity to commend your company for a job well done on

this project. I have been in the business for a long time and have never seen a mason work as fast and as organized as you do. Standing this building up in twenty-eight calendar days is unheard of in this area. Thanks again for a great job and you have two excellent Foremen out there in Chris Pryor and Jim Miller. We look forward to working with you on additional projects.

Sincerely,
