Crowell -President-
Jeanine is second generation masonry contractor.
Jeanine has spent the past 11 years as the
President of WordCo Inc. Her second-nature
familiarity with the industry and complete
confidence in her companies ability to perform
demonstrate the leadership that a fast-growing
company needs. With her finger firmly on
the pulse of the industry, Jeanine has successfully
allowed WordCo to ride the wave of the current
economic uptick with style, causing WordCo
Inc. to triple its earnings every year,
with 2007 holding the same promise.
Dean
Crowell -Vice President-
Dean has been involved in masonry for over
35 years. A third generation mason, he started
supervising projects at the age of 16. Building
his business on the strong moral code and
hard work ethic he learned from his father,
WordCo has grown from a dream in 1994 to
an 150 employee, $17 million a year operation;
with the value expected to triple over the
next 2 years. Taking an active role in the
day to day operations with a hands on approach,
Dean feels at home running the operations
from the office or supervising any one of
the jobsites with his frequent visits. Dean's
commitment to quality, integrity and innovation
are the driving force in WordCo's emergence
as an industry leader.
Ian
Lawrence -CFO-
Ian has considerable experience in the areas
of finance, business strategy and business
development. Ian qualified as a Chartered
Accountant with KPMG in London over 20 years
ago. Since then he has held senior positions
with Wickes Building Supplies, Price Waterhouse
Coopers and has run his own successful management
consulting firm. Ian has been actively involved
in advising a number of clients, ranging
from small companies to "blue chip"
clients. He has helped them on their location
studies, as well as advising them on their
corporate strategies and raising finance
from external sources both public and private
across Europe and the US. Ian is responsible
for day to day accounting functions and
future growth strategies.
Julie Lawrence-Financial
Controller - Julie has trained
as a cost and management accountant with
Kodak and has over 20 years experience.
She also spent 5 years lecturing in accountancy
and business studies at the college level.
Julie will be overseeing the day to day
running of the accounting function to ensure
strong financial control is maintained as
the company continues growth.
Elisha
Crowell -Sec. Treas.
to the Corp.- Elisha has been involved
in the development of WordCo from the beginning
and has an intimate knowledge of the industry
and of the company. Elisha manages and assists
in employee and vendor relations.
Brandon
Shivley -Project Coordinator/Pilot-
Brandon has been with Wordco for 3 years,
quickly becoming an invaluable member to
the WordCo team. Brandons mutifaceted position
is not adequately accounted for with his
title. On any given day, you may find Brandon
flying the company plane, organizing jobsite
setups, or driving a forklift on the jobsite.
Brandon oversees every aspect of the jobsites,
including organizing employee housing, ordering
supplies, maintaining vendor relations and
setting up job timelines.
Mike
Roberts -Estimator/Project
Coordinator- Mike comes to us with
both considerable construction and management
experience. Along with estimating, Mike
will be responsible for organizing multiple
jobsite operations, ordering and developing
vendor relations on new projects.
Shannon
Crowell -Project Coordinator-
Shannon is the newest member of
the WordCo team but by no means new to the
masonry field. Shannon has been around masonry
construction all of her life and is as comfortable
behind a desk as she is on the jobsite.
Having been involved in every aspect of
the business, her expertise will go a long
way to maintaining WordCo's position as
an industry leader.
Kim
Hornbeck -Accounting
Assistant- Kim is currently assisting
the CFO and Financial Controller in day
to day operations of our evergrowing accounting
department. Kim'sexperience with the WordCo
system and sound accounting practices provide
the accounting department with invaluable
help.
